Very confusing
From the picture I thought this was a pillow, like one with cotton or whatever inside but its not sadly, its an inflatable. This would be ok but I didn't buy a cover, I finally inflated it then I learned none of my hole fit it, not one, they all stick out and flop about, it was super difficult to use like that, the dimensions and a description really should be on this. overall I would say just buy the cotton pillow and a cover.
