This Insert Cushion Pillow Poly Cotton High Elastic Firm Type is the newer version of the original Insert Cushion Pillow from Tama Toys. It fits the same covers, all the Insert Air Pillow/Cushion Pillow Cover from Tama Toys but it is more firm and thick and feels better to hold and use. So in short, it is the better and updated version of the Insert Cushion Pillow.

Better at play, worse at being a pillow
Simply put version is a definite upgrade over the regular cushion variety in terms of actual ona-play. The extra firmness not only holds the toy better, but the extra pressure it provides around it makes it feel tighter and nicer as well. However, if you like me also use it for cuddling and actual sleeping with in bed it is quite worse than the regular one: - It is hard (duh!) and not as cuddly. - The stuffing material has a tendency to poke through the fabric leading to it poking and itching you when hugging it. It should also be noted that there are some other drawbacks as well: it comes very lumpy and misshapen by default so you have to really give it quite a thrashing in order to break up/redistribute the stuffing in order to give it a more desirable shape. Also putting on a cover is much harder and you’re kinda afraid of accidentally tearing it or something. So while there are some obvious issues I have with it, I still wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone who liked playing with the original cushion variant. ;)

Much better than the Insert Cushion Pillow but...
The Insert Cushion Pillow Poly Cotton High Elastic Firm Type is definitely an upgrade. It is much firmer and nicer to hold as well as easier to let onaholes hold in place. However because of it's firmness it's kinda hard to put onaholes in without stuffing it in with brute force (could be just me). Don't get me wrong it's not bad but it's just a little difficult to put onaholes in. Overall apart from that it's a good buy and many times better than its predecessor.
