I bought this in Japan and like the grey undergarments I reviewed previously check the sizing, for skinnier/smaller males it's probably fine but the forearm are is a tad bit tight for wider individuals but otherwise very comfy. Also it's important to mention this is a one piece pajama so down under is nothing but air just to take note of.
