Item split open
Item was larger than expected and I thought it was fairly priced for the amount of material used. The thickness and amount of material should make the item more durable. 1.4kg and 7.2 cm thick is a lot of material. Unfortunately the product split open at the top of the opening and 6cm along the cavity. This was after the 2nd use in a 3 week period. While I would like to say it was due to my size, its more likely the weight from the extra material caused the tear when I was cleaning it. Product was about 4 star in quality and value before tear but can't really be used the same way anymore so only 1star.
