Great onahole-centric lube with a delightfully rustic scent
The bottle states it is specifically designed for onahole use, and that much is obvious from the start. The consistency is noticeably thinner than the Projekt Melody Crankshaft Oil lube (which has a consistency somewhat comparable to hand soaps or gel disinfectant); this is particularly desirable for onaholes, as it lets the lube evenly coat the internal textures while still letting you feel said textures' details and nuances, something I find thicker lubes (such as the aforementioned Crankshaft Oil) often end up overpowering. Despite its lower viscosity, it still stays moist and slick for an impressively long time inside the onahole -- only rarely do I feel the need to apply it more than once per session. Conversely, the lube is a bit disappointing as a skin lubricant; I find it to feel a bit clammy and dry out quickly. Considering the bottle itself clearly states that the lube is meant for onahole use, I do not consider this a drawback, but just keep in mind that this probably isn't ideal as an all-purposes lube. However, what really makes this lube stand out for me is, surprisingly enough, the smell! The label implies it has a "woody" smell, which is true enough, as there is a hint of hickory to it. However, I would personally claim it smells of freshly-warmed apple cider spiced with cinnamon; augmented with the aforementioned hickory scent, this results in a delicious and robust profile which almost feels like it warms you from the inside. The reason I am so oddly specific about this description is that, growing up in the densely-forested Canadian Rockies, spiced apple cider was (and still is) one of my favourite treats to warm myself up during those cold winters' mornings and nights. Scent is, of course subjective, and I clearly have personal biases in play, but to me, this scent induces a remarkably comforting and nostalgic feel; one that reminds me of cozy, carefree nights huddled up in blankets around a fire. (I sometimes catch myself opening the bottle outside of play sessions just to take a whiff!) IN SHORT: this is a quality, price-efficient, onahole-centric lube sporting a unique, standout, distinctly rustic scent. I think I have just found my go-to onahole lubricant!
