I feel like the previous reviewer summed it up pretty well, I love the vibration strength and all the patterns. But let me talk a bit about the sleeve: It is recommended that you use lube to apply it to your member, and frankly I don't know how you would put it on otherwise. But once applied, it will slowly slide off your member. You could solve that problem if you're either bigger than me (if you could even apply it then), or get a cock ring so it gets held in place. Also, the top part is a bit too big so at least for me it doesn't sit tight against the glans. Maybe that is intended so it doesn't over-stimulate your glans. Despite that, I still like using the sleeve. Sliding the rotors into the sleeve pockets was difficult in the beginning, but I found that by just putting some saliva on them it is very easy. The sleeve is easy to clean, too.
