Very small
The back of the box specifies that the interior is 120mm (~4 inches) long and more importantly, the hole is about 8mm wide, which is too small for an average member. I can't fit inside without restricting blood flow, and very hard to squeeze in there at all. For scale, if I stick my finger in, it doesn't have any clearance to move around once inside. Has a nice texture if you're smaller, but would recommend caution regarding the dimensions.
