The plastic is very hard and at least for me the vibration did not give me pleasure. It is probably better to put on the tip of the penis in men than using with girls.

Worse than the free blue rotor, but does its job
I got this rotor at the same time as the blue see-through freebie rotor, and the blue one is better: the wheel to set the vibration speed is kind of loose, resulting in one setting being too subtle while the next one is too intense, whereas the blue one is more gradual in the different vibration strength. all in all, it's still alright.
