Not appropriate for anything other than a smaller onahole.
Because this warmer is battery powered the charge lasts only long enough to bring a small sleeve up to temperature. Once charged; it does hold its charge for a long time so its always ready once the battery is filled. Just don't expect "body temperature" from anything larger that a small onahole.
