To me this toy is like a one time use if you use both holes at the same time, but if you only use one, well the other hole will be you second time use. Let me explain, this toy feels freaking AMAZING, its tight and the texture is great in both holes once you get started, but due to the material used for this toy, it starts ripping towards the middle of the toy and getting loose, like splitting in half. If the company would of use some other better material, this toy would easily be top 5 in my list, but after the second time use I decided to throw it away since the rip got bigger.
