Both versions differ in the shape of the tunnel. The one is the newer version I refer to. I like the box art, so points for that. The material is smelly and oily at first but got a lot better after a few cleanings. It is slightly sticky after washing. The firmness is a bit over average and the onahole feels high-quality through amount of material used. The entrance is made of much material and feels voluptuous and looks puffy. The tunnel is winding and the texture is made of many small nubs and ribs thus pretty well stimulating. I never turned the onahole inside out to clean it because bigger onaholes tend to wear out or tear the entrance when done. So cleaning steps are application of water and soap inside and outside, rinsing again and using a microfiber cloth on a pencil to dry the inside and without the pencil on the outside. Spreading corn starch with a makeup brush on the outside finishes the procedure.
