Tight!
Very, very tight. Honestly too much of a struggle for using just your hands, but finding out I'm not a big fan of this type for $10 isn't that bad. There's a bit of a uterus gimmick at the end, but the toy is a bit on the long side for me so it's quite frustrating to fight it to feel it. The overall design has me believing this toy will be quite durable, the wall thickness is high for the size.
