Best used with another onahole.

It is accurately sized and comfortable as a pillow in its own right. The fabric on the inside is very comfortable, but using it with-ought a condom or a onahole means you’ll have to wash it,(probably via washing machine) which might be difficult. The small opening means only small onahole’s will fit. I recommend the Fap Boy by onta-Jp (the one you get for free when you check out with enough items).
