Don't use a USB-warmer. And use a toy-safe liquid soap with lukewarm water to clean the toy. I'm afraid I ruined the toy. I powdered it to make it less sticky, and was very careful with a drying rod to try to dry the inside after washing, but a small amount of the interior came off in tiny bits sticking to the rod.
